Spirituality and Recovery

Spiritual change is fundamental to recovery. There are other changes involved (physical changes, emotional changes, etc.) but it is the daily maintenance of our spiritual condition that is the central feature of sustainable recovery. This class explores some of the basic features of spirituality from the perspective of recovery. We hope you find something helpful here. Take what works, leave the rest. Enjoy.
