Dear God,
I am thankful for the emerging spiritual awakening in my life.
I am thankful for my growing freedom from self, freedom from resentments and freedom from fear.
I am thankful for my growing ability to be useful to other people.
Help me to put what I have learned to work in every area of my life.
Help me to remember who I was when I started this program.
May that memory help me to reach out to others who still suffer.
Help me to be useful in their lives.
