Dear God,
Part of me does not want to do this inventory work.
It is painful to see the mess I have made of my life.
It is painful to see the harm I have caused others.
It is painful to accept responsibility for cleaning up my side of the street.
Help me to be searching — to be thorough.
Help me to be fearless — to be courageous.
Protect me from denial.
Help me get it all down on paper
Give me the patience and persistence I need to tell the truth.
