PRAY
Dear God,
I’m going to need some help here.
It’s one thing to write that inventory in private.
But ‘admitting my wrongs’ to another person?
What if they are just shocked? Or shame me? Or reject me?
Guess I should add this to me fear inventory, right?
Help me with this step.
Grant me the courage to do what needs to be done.
I know I can’t get well in secret.
Telling the truth has to start somewhere.
Help me to tell the truth to You.
And to myself.
And to another person.
Amen.
